My name is Simon Olney, I am a professional triathlon coach who has been involved with 113 events as a competitor and volunteer since 2014. I have been asked by the team at 113 events to write a free 16 week training plan for beginners to get you race ready ahead of your event.

However, you may not be a beginner, or you may want something more than an excel document.
